General Provisions & Acceptance

By accessing the 5l2t platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 5l2t and the user.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 5l2t reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of any significant changes.

1.1 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The applicable law and dispute resolution process will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. The user acknowledges that it is solely their responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country or region regarding online gaming.

1.2 Age Restriction

All services on the 5l2t platform are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm that you meet this age requirement when registering an account. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 5l2t may request an identity card or other documents to verify age when necessary.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Account Creation Terms

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. It is the user's responsibility to notify 5l2t immediately if any information changes.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Account Verification

5l2t may request the following documents at any time to verify identity:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the 5l2t platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 5l2t typically processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase during the verification process or under unusual circumstances.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the 5l2t platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any foreign currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will apply.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

5l2t offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the use of bonus funds:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred to others
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by 5l2t
• Cancelling a bonus offer will automatically void the associated bonus balance

4.4 VIP Program

The 5l2t VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular activity.

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5l2t platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating an account in the name of a third party
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets
• Conducting any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are violated, 5l2t reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account. In such cases, the associated balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Gaming & Betting Rules

Changes to Terms & Effective Date

5l2t reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes and a notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms.

The Bengali version of these terms will always be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
